As your coach, I am here to serve you and to help you with your journey. This is not therapy. We are not trying to find out what is wrong with you and heal it. We work to find what is right with you and help you to exploit it.

This is a holistic process. Who you are includes your personal, professional, and spiritual realities. You may choose to focus on a specific element of yourself to deal with a specific challenge, or you may want to go through a discovery process to better understand your situation. The intent is to bring the whole you to help move you forward.
